Breast-Warmers provide instant and continuous heat to assist with the discomfort caused by mastitis, blocked ducts, engorgement and nipple vasospasm (Raynaud's syndrome). They can also help to stimulate milk flow when heat is applied prior to breastfeeding or using a breast pump.
Breast-Warmers are very thin and easy to wear, they can fit flat inside your bra, sticking out from the bra lining as they need to cover the milk ducts sufficiently in order to be most effective. The milk ducts stretch further than the typical bra cup, so don't be concerned if you find Breast-Warmers quite large, they will do the job beautifully. If you need Breast-Warmers for nipple vasospasm, they don't need to cover as large area and a size down is recommended.
Made from safe and effective Flectalon insulation, they are simply inserted into the bra and automatically warm up from your own body heat to provide constant and gentle warmth. No boiling, microwaving or warm water is required. They stay warm as long as they are worn to provide continuous warmth for as long as you need. Reusable and washable. Nursing Angel Tips:
- Breast-Warmers are non-absorbent: if you have leaking breastmilk, use nursing pads and simply insert the Breast-Warmers over the top
- Users often comment they are too large. They are supposed to be big to cover the required area. Sticking out from the Bra may not look so cool, but is necessary to function properly.
